This Phase IIa randomised, double-blind crossover trial (n=11) tested the mGlu2/3 antagonist TS-161 against placebo for treatment-resistant depression. The study stopped early because of low recruitment and found no antidepressant advantage, although brain-measure changes suggested biological activity.
