This preclinical study found that LSD and the non-brain-penetrant analogue IHCH-8110 enhanced antitumour immune responses in colorectal cancer models. Activating peripheral serotonin 5-HT2A receptors promoted CD8+ T-cell recruitment and activity, and IHCH-8110 improved the effect of PD-1 blockade.
