Filament Health has licensed and will supply PEX010 for a UCSF Phase 2 trial testing a single psilocybin dose for methamphetamine use disorder among people with HIV.

The quadruple-blinded trial will enrol 30 participants at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, comparing single 25 mg and 5 mg doses of PEX010. It is expected to begin in November 2026, with primary outcomes covering feasibility, acceptability, safety and tolerability.
