Enveric Biosciences reported positive results from more than 70 IND-enabling ADMET assays for its non-hallucinogenic neuroplastogenic candidate EB-003.

The in vitro studies indicated favourable intestinal absorption, systemic exposure, metabolic stability across species including humans, and predictable elimination. EB-003 did not significantly affect major metabolic enzymes or transporters, reducing the potential for drug-drug interactions and supporting its planned progression towards first-in-human trials.
