Definium Therapeutics reported a third phase 3 success for LSD-based DT120 ODT in anxiety, supporting an expected FDA filing later this year.

In the 245-patient Panorama trial, a 100 μg dose reduced HAM-A scores by 9.8 points at week 12, compared with 4.7 points for placebo. The trial met key secondary endpoints and found no new safety concerns. Definium plans to discuss a DT120 ODT application with the FDA in the fourth quarter.
