Comparing single- and repeat-dose psilocybin with active placebo for migraine prevention in an exploratory randomized controlled clinical trial
Low doses of psilocybin may reduce the frequency of migraine attacks, but a two-dose "pulsed" schedule did not show a significant advantage over a single dose in this trial.
